This Subscription Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into by and between LeadJet.ai (“LeadJet”) and the subscriber (“Subscriber”) (collectively referred to as the “Parties”).

1. Subscription Terms

1.1 Subscription Period: The initial subscription period shall be specified in Your Subscription Agreement and shall automatically renew unless otherwise specified. All payments are on a month-to-month basis, except for annual plans paid in full. By accepting this Agreement, You acknowledge and agree that Your subscription is continuous until You provide notice of non-renewal or LeadJet.ai ceases to provide the Services to You, as consistent with the terms outlined in this Agreement. LeadJet.ai is authorized to charge Your payment method on file for Your subscription, including any applicable taxes, unless You provide notice of non-renewal.

1.2 Fees and Payment: The fees for the LeadJet.ai Service and any additional Professional Services (“Fees”) are set forth in the Subscription Agreement and are payable in advance. Fees are irrevocable and non-refundable, except as set forth in the Subscription Agreement and this Agreement. The current pricing available on our website on the date of renewal will apply to Your renewal subscription period. You are responsible for all Fees owed under any Subscription Agreement.

1.2.1 Billing Information: You agree to provide LeadJet.ai with accurate billing and contact information and to update such information as necessary. If You provide credit card information, You represent that You are authorized to use the credit card and authorize LeadJet.ai (or our third-party payment processor) to retain Your payment information and charge the credit card for the applicable fees. Payments may vary based on usage levels, promotional offers, subscription changes, applicable taxes, or other charges.

1.2.2 Payment Methods: LeadJet.ai reserves the right to verify credit/debit card payments and may obtain updated credit card account information electronically. If You choose an alternate payment method, LeadJet.ai will invoice You for the applicable fees, and payment will be due within ten (10) days of receipt of the invoice. Late payments are subject to a service charge of one and one-half percent (1.5%) per month or the maximum charge permitted by law, whichever is less. LeadJet.ai may set off any outstanding obligations against credits in Your account and You will be responsible for collection costs incurred by LeadJet.ai.

1.3 Notice of Non-Renewal: To prevent the renewal of the Subscription Term, You must provide notice of non-renewal at least ten (10) days prior to the end of Your next billing date. Notice of non-renewal can be sent via text to (602) 600-0126 or email to help@jettly.ai. LeadJet.ai reserves the right to issue refunds at its discretion.

2. Cancellation and Termination

2.1 Cancellation: You have the right to cancel Your subscription at any time. Cancellation requests must be made in accordance with LeadJet.ai’s cancellation policy, which is available on our website or as provided separately.

2.2 Termination by LeadJet.ai: LeadJet.ai may terminate Your subscription and access to the Services if You fail to comply with the terms of this Agreement or for any other valid reason. In such cases, You will not be entitled to a refund of any Fees already paid.

3. General Provisions

3.1 Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where LeadJet.ai is located.

3.2 Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes
